• Submit contract to agent and client
• Discussions and negotiations with prospective purchaser’s conveyancers
• Exchange Contracts
• Arrange discharge of mortgage
• Liaise with discharging and purchaser’s conveyancer for settlement.
• Organise settlement
• Proceed to settle.

The Purchase:
• Explain contract
• Negotiate any amendments to the contract
• Discuss property report
• Liaise with incoming mortgagee (re: finance)
• Exchange contracts
• Explain mortgage documents
• Carry out necessary searches and enquiries and liaise further with incoming mortgagee
• Organise settlement
• Proceed to settle
